Lysol Review and Giveaway

I love getting the mail around my house. There are lots of goodies that come for me now that I host giveaways and do reviews. And a few weeks ago I got a package from Lysol. Inside were Lysol Dual Action Disinfecting Wipes and a Lysol No Touch Hand Soap Dispenser.

I love this soap dispenser! My three year old daughter is potty trained, but hand washing trained is another story. Oh she gets the concept, she just doesn't like to take the time to wash her hands and she thinks she needs to pump the soap 9 times to get the job done. The no touch soap dispenser works just like the ones in restaurants and hotel. Just place your hand in front of the dispenser and the exact right amount of soap comes out.

So naturally, I put the magically soap dispenser in the kids bathroom to make hand washing more fun. Isabella loves the magical soap dispenser and she isn't forgetting to wash her hands anymore since it's so much fun. You just have to love what kids like! Problem solved, thanks Lysol.

Here's some more information about the dispenser from Lysol.
Never Touch a Germy Soap Pump Again
Lysol® Healthy Touch® No-Touch Hand Soap System helps eliminate the millions of germs that your hands can pick up each day! It automatically senses hands and dispenses just the right amount of soap. Handwashing is one of the most important steps you and your children can take to help you stay healthy and with the sleek stainless steel-inspired Lysol® No-Touch handsoap system, you and your family will never have to touch a germy soap pump again! The new look not only makes hand washing easy and fun, it helps consumers avoid the germy soap pump and also blends with any kitchen or bathroom decor.
Antibacterial hand soap refills for the Lysol® No-Touch Hand Soap System are available in four great scents:
·         Refreshing Grapefruit Essence™
·         Soothing Cucumber Splash™
·         Aloe Vera & Vitamin E with Moisturizers
·         Antibacterial Total Care

As for the disinfecting wipes, they are pretty cool too. I've used the one sided wipes before and they work pretty good. But these have a scrubby side that is great for sticky messier spills. As you can imagine with three kids under the age of four, there are many spills in this house. And since I'm not an expert at finding every spill in my house, they tend to get sticky. I like that they don't smell like disinfectant but I don't like the color. They are purple and my twins keep trying to eat them. Little stinkers! So I have to bury them in the trash when I'm done with them.

Here's some more information about the wipes from Lysol.

  9. I learned to "make sure the product says "disinfectant," and check the label for an EPA registration number because the EPA number on label is the only way the product meets EPA requirements for killing germs" - (emscout9 at Hotmail dot com).
