Friday Confessions 12/9/11

Photobucket

I confess....
I love that we passed on our love to spicy food to all three of my kids.

Molly dipping her quesadilla into hot sauce.

Molly making sure there is enough hot sauce on her quesadilla before eating it.
(She dipped it again for the record)

I confess....
My friend brought homemade apple cider caramels to our LVMOMs party last night and they are delicious! I had a few with my coffee and called it breakfast.

I confess....
I had four more after lunch.

I confess....
I may cry when they're all gone.

I confess....
I'm not sharing them with Brett or my kids.

I confess....
Last Saturday we did our favorite tradition of getting into PJs, making hot chocolate, and driving around to look at Christmas lights. I wrote about our trip last year here. We had so much fun and when I looked at my post from last year, I can't believe how little the kids look.

We have out hot chocolate and we're ready to go-Mark still didn't drink his.

Brett and I ready to go with our hot chocolate

I confess....
I'm really excited about our plans for Saturday night. We're going to NFR with some friends who got free tickets! I'm so glad they invited us and that we get to sit 4 rows from the shoot. That means great seats from those of you who don't know.

I confess....
I love the show Revenge! Have you seen it??

So what are you confessing this week?

  1. My kids all love spicy food, too! I'm the exact opposite, though. I'm such a wimp. My husband claims they got the spicy food thing from him, through his Puerto Rican heredity, and I bet he's right. I'm Irish. Nothing but potatoes for me, thanks!

  3. That pj/cocoa/Christmas light trip sounds like a great family tradition. We may borrow that idea when we get around to making babies.

    Have a fabulous weekend!

  4. I am so glad to learn that other little kids love spicy things too, I thought my little girl was odd that way. Your PJ/Hot Chocolate tradition looks awesome!
