Quaker Soft Baked Bars-Excellent Food on the Go

With three kids under the age of five, my mornings are very busy. I make my kids breakfast every day, but I somehow don’t make enough time in my morning routine to eat breakfast with them.  There are so many mornings that I need to make a lunch for preschool  or I’m trying to get the dishes put away from the night before so I can have a clean kitchen when I come home while I should be eating breakfast. So I’m usually eating something on the go in the car.

What makes these bars unique from the other bars out there are that they are packed with; 140 calories, 5 grams of fiber, 6 grams of protein, and they are an excellent source of 5 B-Vitamins. And while the Quaker Soft Baked Bars are intended as a snack, they make a great quick breakfast when paired with my morning latte.  The combination of fiber and protein will keep me full until lunch. breakfast snack

I know that my kids would love these bars as a snack. They also love banana bread and they would love to see this as a snack. I buy snack items that I can keep in my diaper bag or car for the times that we are out longer than I planned and my kids get hungry. It stops me from having to hit the drive thru or having cranky hungry kids.
