Chinese Food Confessions

Photobucket
I confess....
Molly cracks me up with her hair style preference. She loves to ask me for 3 piggy tails. I'm not going to lie, it still makes me laugh as much the 10th time as it did the first time.

I confess....
My kids got a little extra messy on Wednesday and they needed a bath before nap time. Isabella, yes my 4 year old had a potty accident and I was dealing with her. Mark couldn't wait to get in the tub so he crawled right in.

I confess....
I know that the picture id blurry, but it is also priceless so I had to include it.

I confess....
I think my girls are actually napping right now. I'm going to go check since it's very quiet which means they are doing something naughty or asleep. If Isabella is asleep, it's the first nap she's taken in 10 days, fingers crossed.

I confess....
OMGosh, she's asleep! I'm so thankful that she is going to nap today so I don't have to deal with her whining tonight.

I confess....
Speaking of my kids not napping, on Wednesday Molly cried out for help while she was supposed to be napping. This is what I found when I went into her room.

I'm pretty sure this is not a proper napping posture.

I confess....
I've been listening to reruns of The Big Bang Theory while I blog. Watching this show makes me crave Chinese food.

I confess....
It's my turn to plan date night. And since I've been craving Chinese food, guess what we are having for dinner?

I confess....
I might, maybe, have decided to pick up the food early and reheat it. Why? Because the lunch specials are half the price of the dinner menu.

I confess....
We have a budget for our date nights and we are trying to go out for at least two of our date nights each month. This means we need to spend less when we stay in so we can afford to go out at least twice.

I confess....
So getting our dinner for $10 is making me very happy right now. The fact that I won't have to cook us dinner or do dishes is really helping too.

  1. I'm pretty sure the fact that my 4 year old ASKS for a nap everyday makes me unique. She does though. She's never been a great night sleeper and since our routine is different than when she's at her Dad's I'm sure that plays a role. Your kiddos are so cute! Love the 3 piggy tails :D
