Buy Halloween Costumes the Easy Way

Halloween is right around the corner, but it's not too late to order a costume online. I think the easiest way to buy a Halloween costume is online. Dragging three kids to the store to pick out Halloween costumes sounds like a nightmare to me. Getting a small child to make a decision when there are 100's of costumes in front of them is no easy task. Plus, buying three kids a costume every year can get very expensive. Which is why I like Costume Discounters, they have low prices and offer shipping deals as well. Right now, they are offering an additional 5% off if you are a Shop At Home Shopper.

I love the ease of ordering from the website. It is very user friendly and I love how many categories you can browse through. That is very helpful if you are unsure what kind of costume you are looking for. In my case, I knew I wanted a Toy Story Jessie Costume so I just typed it in and two different options for girls popped up.

I chose this costume because my kids are crazy about Toy Story after seeing the movies and Toy Story on Ice, and Isabella staked her claim on Buzz Lightyear and Mark was going as Woody. I like that the material is on the thin side since it's hit or miss on being cold on Halloween. I can easily add a layer under the costume if it's cold outside or wear it as is and the kids will be cool enough. I also liked that the costume is one piece. That makes my life so much easier with a toddler! Have you ever tried to piece together a Halloween costume on a kid that squirms? Trust me it is not an easy or fun experience.

I think she likes it, what do you think?

You can find adult costumes on Costume Discounters website as well. I have a pirate costume that I will be wearing this year that I got on the website. And not to worry, you still have time to get your costumes on time for Halloween.
Disclaimer-I received a Jessie costume to facilitate this review. No further compensation was provided and all opinions are 100% mine.

    1. You're welcome! I actually buy some dress up costumes year round since a costume is much cheaper than dress up clothes. I still can't figure out what the difference is between the two.

  2. My daughter was begging to be Jessie before before she saw a pirate costume in the store. She's had her costume for over a month now and is chomping at the bit and ready to wear it - luckily she can wear it out at least 3 times this year!

    1. It's always great when they can wear it more than once. We have three Halloween parties before Halloween so they will have a few chances to wear them. Plus my kids love playing dress up and they'll wear them for months after Halloween.

    1. Thanks! It's been a year long obsession now. I need a new movie to keep them going since I happen to love Toy Story too.
