I am a stay at home mom to a 4 year old daughter Isabella and 3 year old twins Mark and Molly. My life is extremely crazy, but blessed. Our family began the very nontraditional way with years of infertility. (Although it seems to be more normal every year) After undergoing IVF, we became a family of three in 2008 with the birth of our daughter Isabella. After Isabella was born, I quit my job as a teacher to stay at home.
After having Isabella, we realized what liars we were by saying we would be fine having just one child. After another miscarriage and an ectopic pregnancy, we went down the IVF road again and we got pregnant with our twins Mark and Molly who were born 10 weeks early in Nov 2009. Our life became a whirlwind of having a 1 year old at home and two babies in the NICU. Life got even crazier when Mark was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at 8 months old and we stared down the special needs parenting journey.
These days we stay busy with our everyday life in Las Vegas. I named my blog after my kids and I get asked about it's meaning all the time. It's a play on words. When you have one baby at a time they are called singletons. Since I have twins and a singleton-I have twingles.
